George Bernard Shaw Theatre's Older People's Workshop:

Come dance with expandance! Beginning October 6th, Alicia Christofi-Walshe, a founding

member of expandance, will be running classes for older people at

the George Bernard Shaw Theatre in Carlow. Keep fit, maintain flexibility,

strength, balance, and co-ordination all in a social and relaxed

environment! See live performance & video of professional

contemporary dance companies. Meet new people & make new

dances!

For: Over 60s
Wednesdays, beginning October 6th, 11am - 1pm

Cost: 5 euro per class
